OVERVIEW : Logitech is global leader in hardware peripherals and mice. With an opt-in database of over 600,000 customers, Logitech wanted to communicate with its customers via an e-mail newsletter. A series of newsletters was designed along with a method of delivery and tracking system to help Logitech better understand its user base.
